Due to COVID-19 restrictions, UC Tennis Matchups will be operational in Spring 2021

The UC Tennis Matchups private Facebook group was founded in 2020 as a way to increase opportunities for social and competitive tennis play in Cookeville and the Upper Cumberland region.

Using UC Tennis Matchups, local tennis enthusiasts can connect with other players via a secure platform. We encourage players of all skill levels to use UC Tennis Matchups to organize socials, matches, or practice sessions. Events can be scheduled in any format and at a location convenient for all players. Find a hitting partner at your level for a competitive match, organize a group to play mixed doubles, or help a new or returning player get in some practice time. With today’s busy lifestyles, UC Tennis Matchups facilitates tennis meetups on short notice, with no weekly commitment required.

Some of our group members belong to the USTA and are interested in competitive matches, and others are recreational players. The common bond is our love for the lifetime sport of tennis.
