Social Tennis
Social Tennis Activities…
- Focus on fitness, fun, and networking
- Involve beginners, returning players, and experienced players
- Require less commitment than joining a weekly tennis group or league
- Increase confidence and build tennis skills
Whether you’re a busy parent, a frequent business traveler, or someone who needs flexibility with scheduling, sign up for a social tennis event or group today! Offerings vary by season and can be found on our event calendar. One of our most popular social tennis events is Tennis at Ten, a mixed-doubles, round-robin which is held for several weeks each spring and fall in Cookeville. Our local tennis pro, Coach Brian Rohr, offers a myriad of social and competitive events throughout the year including the Family Foam Ball Tournament, Team Challenge, and more!
At Fairfield Glade Racquet Center, annual social events include the Triples Tournament, Wooden Racquet Event, and New Year’s Eve Social. These events are open to non-members and are an ideal way to enjoy the beautiful tennis facilities and get involved with their active tennis community.
Another great resource for social tennis events is our private Facebook group, UC Tennis Matchups. Visit the Tennis Upper Cumberland Facebook page and request to join the group today!
